Autumn in England

We spent October in England and Wales and for a change we had pretty good autumn weather without any rain! We stayed with the London Greenfields and spent fun times with the twins. Leonie organised a cool party for Charles' birthday at an Indian bar in the city and we all danced the night away Bollywood style! Paul lent us a cute little sports car and we tootled around catching up with mates wherever we went. We spent a day driving and walking around our old neighbourhood in Rudgwick,West Sussex and stayed with Paul in Peterborough, Antoinette in Sunninghill, Greg and Sarah in Tonbridge, Geoff and Patty in Marlborough, Nick and Kerry in Cardiff and Mylene and Coenraad in Harpendon. We did a little side trip to the Welsh coastal town of Tenby with Nick and Kerry, too. We have had an awesome year visiting so many friends and family all over the world. We are truly blessed with fantastic friendships and have been bowled over by the fabulous hospitality of everyone. This is my heaven on earth - good friends, good food and good times. Give me your kitchen to cook in and a glass of wine in my hand and as long as you keep me company,I need no further challenges in life. Oh, and when Neil puts on the DJ hat and supplies the musical entertainment for the evening, all the better!
