Lockdown Day 41- Wednesday 6 May

The river level is still high and the hippos are having a great time in the water.

The bushbuck was so cute drinking from the lawn sprinkler.

We perfected the Japanese Souffle pancakes.

I love salads with a braai but lettuce is hard to keep very long and our grocery deliveries have been more than 2 weeks apart,so I made Oriental Cabbage Salad and Traditional Greek Salad.

We had a braai and bonfire and it's still warm enough to sit outside without a jacket.
