Lockdown Day 18 Monday 13 April

Our routine continues with no time to be bored. The elephant in the garden pulled the water pipe from the tank at the back of the house but luckily Stephen was here to fix it.
Our balcony puts us at eye level with the tree canopy.  The Paradise Flycatchers were very busy.
We cooked. Neil made eggplant curry; he read it's the oldest recipe ever discovered. Traces of food on a 4000 year old clay pot found in India were analysed to work out the recipe. I made Tart Tatin with some of our apples.
Carol and Jane set up a Zoom party where we all had to recreate famous works of art at home. Being creative and having fun during lockdown!  We were so impressed with everyone's effort. And the laughter did us all good. See if you know all the artists and their works.
