Wednesday 16 to Thursday 17 December Lockdown Day 265 to 266

Being in game reserves and self catering accommodation in rural areas and spending most of your time outdoors means you can avoid almost all contact with anyone outside your bubble and be pretty certain you are safe from the virus. And so it was time to shift to a new bubble and say good- bye to Rina and Menon who were heading to Durban.
We drove from KZN to the farm for a 3 hour unpack and repack; restocking the wine, and collecting the Christmas stuff.
By 6.30pm we were eating take out pizza on Mom and Dad's verandah.
Thursday was spent shopping for the next few weeks. The picture is of the road leading up to our farm. So many times we have driven this last kilometre of road to a place that is but a semi-colon; a pause or transition in our journey.
